Scooter is delivered boxed direct to customers door with manufacturers 12 month warranty (Batteries 6 month warranty).

Prior to delivery- Scooter is set up and inspected to ensure everything is in working order and that the bodywork is free of dents, scratches and that the battery is fully charged.
Upon Delivery- Scooter is set up and demonstrated and the customer is trained in the use of the scooter. Advice is also given regarding care & maintenance. The customer is also provided with a help desk service number should any problems arise.
Peace of mind- The scooter comes with a 12 month manufacturers parts warranty including batteries. Should a warranty problem occur, an engineer will call out to you and repair the scooter without charge. In the unlikely event that the scooter cannot be repaired on site the scooter will be uplifted and returned to the workshop for repair. In the meantime the customer will be loaned a scooter free of charge.

Returns Policy
RDK Mobility will accept returns in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations '7 day cooling off period'. A Goods Return Number (GRN) must be obtained by the customer from Customer Services, prior to the goods being returned. The GRN must accompany the goods, as no goods will be accepted without this number.
If the return of non-faulty goods is agreed the customer will be charged, for deliveries to UK mainland,
£3.95 for items under packaged weight of 3kg and £12.00 for items which packaged weight is equal or in
excess of 3kg for our original package and carriage costs. Items outside UK mainland will be charged at our costs incurred. Prices exclude VAT at 20% if applicable.
