All Orders will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE (UK Mainland only).
Northern Ireland: Standard Charge - £20.00,
Southern Ireland: Standard Charge - £30.00,
Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight: Standard Charge - £25.00,
Outside the UK: Price on Application (POA) - Call for exact price Quote
NOTE: If it is cheaper to use the Post for smaller items we will do so.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made using our Secure Server credit card on-line service, by calling 0800 1075 122 (Lines are opened 9am - 5pm Mon-Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm BST) or by Postal Order. Postal orders should be made out to 'RDK Mobility and sent to RDK Mobility, 35-37 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 1NR.

Prices - We are never knowingly beaten on price and value
As some Customers may be exempt from paying VAT on the majority of the products we sell our prices are quoted before VAT. Please see VAT Exemption page for further details.
We reserve the right to amend prices if circumstances warrant.

Returns Policy
RDK Mobility will accept returns in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations '7 day cooling off period'. A Goods Return Number (GRN) must be obtained by the customer from Customer Services, prior to the goods being returned. The GRN must accompany the goods, as no goods will be accepted without this number.
If the return of non-faulty goods is agreed the customer will be charged, for deliveries to UK mainland,
£3.95 for items under packaged weight of 3kg and £12.00 for items which packaged weight is equal or in
excess of 3kg for our original package and carriage costs. Items outside UK mainland will be charged at our costs incurred. Prices exclude VAT at 20% if applicable.
